psychotherapist

trauma-informed therapy that centers bipoc, immigrant, refugee, and survivor experiences

you don’t have to carry this alone

life can feel heavy, even when everything looks okay on the outside. you adapt and continue in spite of it all, but at a certain point, it’s exhausting to keep pushing through. the weight of everything you hold doesn’t just disappear because you kept going. it builds and asks for attention in other ways.

i’m here to tell you that you don’t have to keep carrying this by yourself. therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening inside and around you.

therapy that meets you in your lived experience

my approach is guided by curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. in our work together, you’ll have space to process your whole experience – the parts that are easy to share and the parts that you’ve learned to keep hidden. therapy can help you:

  • understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck
  • explore how culture, family, and history have shaped your story
  • build skills for grounding and emotion regulation
  • reconnect with your values and sense of self
  • help you feel more present, connected, and in control of your life

rooted in community & collective care

we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, blending insight with practical tools to support real change. our work will explore not only your inner world, but also the larger systems that impact how you move through the world.

many people feel uncertain when beginning therapy, and that’s completely normal. if you’re ready to take the leap, i’d be honored to work with you.
